The cabin consists of a master bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk-bed with room for 3 people. Furthermore an entrance with benches and storage for outdoor clothing. The bathroom is very roomy with both washing machine, shower and toilet area. The main living area sits on 23 m2 with living room and kitchen which gives the true feeling of a cosy wooden cabin.

The general area of the land is kept well and consists of a long parking lane for the cars visiting the house. Aswell as the parking area for your very own airplane, further more grass parking area on the front yard or at the airfields local flyiging club. The plot includes half of the small woods on the northwest side  of the house, which makes it possible to build extentions to the house, another cabin or a hangar.

The cabin is 150 meters away from the runway, which makes it fast and easy to get airborne. The field is uncontrolled but has a local frequency and a runway length of 850 meters. 

From the porch you have the perfect vantage point of the airpark with excelent overview of arriving and departing traffik on the runway.

Included in the price is a 1/45 part in the Airparks common properties such as runway and taxiways. Also all furneture linnen ect, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/frezzer, stove/oven and weber coal grill is included.

The local area has plenty of sight seeing trips, daily activities, groceries and cosy swedish feels. There is a skiing mountain 10 minutes in car away. 15 minutes away in car is the bigger town of Leksand with many restaurants, bigger grocery shopping area and much more. A nearby airfield is next to areas of activity such as paintball and gokart, it is 10 minutes away in small GA plane and 1 hour in car from the airpark.
